There is also a strict no-smoking policy in all our properties. And we set a minimum age requirement of 21 years for the lead guest. There is also a minimum noise requirement between the hours of 11pm to 7am that guests are asked to adhere to.
In the event that guests do not follow our strict House Rules or there is any damage. We will keep the deposit and ensure that all maintenance needs and requirements are met. To guarantee that the highest standards of the property and decoration are maintained at all times
